When the first automobiles were built in 1885/1886, production was extremely slow as these vehicles were still hand-built one-offs. At that time there was no question of mass production, but with increasing industrialization and increased demand, mass production soon became established. We are now in the age of Industry 4.0 and our production lines should also match these standards.
But not only technological milestones are of particular importance for our economic success, we also have to live up to our responsibility towards the environment. Thanks to the latest technology, it is possible to produce pressed parts using an environmentally friendly hydraulic system. The system – that we have developed together with our partners Moog and Bosch Rexroth – for our powder and sizing presses makes it possible to save up to 70% energy.
For more than 30 years we have been researching and developing new state-of-the-art systems to advance the industry. Many of our innovations are already used in the automotive industry, e.g.:
- Gears
- Oil pump gears
- Clutch members
- Brakes
- and much more..
