EasyIso press

The cold isostatic presses in the EasyIso series are highly economical because they are designed exclusively with one die chamber.

They are especially well suited for the production of parts with an even density distribution and long lengths. High precision is ensured by the especially developed hydraulics in combination with sophisticated electronics.

The EasyIso presses are available ranging from simple manual unloading and filling to fully automated production lines. The base model is always equipped with a die chamber, a pressure transmitter, and a frame with closing cylinder.

Additional possible variations:

• The die can remain in the die chamber after each pressing cycle, or it can be retracted
• Special filling devices – for example for PTFE, carbide, medical products, etc.
• Realization of a wide variety of expansion stages for quality control and further processing of the parts

The presses in the modular design typical for Frey can be perfectly tailored to your individual requirements.
